We recently caught up with Martin Gale, Interim General Manager of FC Twenty 11, who were struggling with dwindling daylight hours for training and were unable to get the most use out of their fields.

“We recently purchased 3 x 600MX Baselights from Perennial. We were pleased that we made the decision to go for the automatic lights (the MX model) as this has made them quick to put up, and easy for all of the different people that have so far been setting them up."

"The brightness of the 600MX model has enabled us to light up quite a large area, allowing up to 3 teams to train side-by-side. If we didn’t have these lights we would have cancelled training. That is undesirable in the middle of the season when the pressure is on."

"The lights have also enabled us to move training around, reducing the wear on marked fields, and even moving off the marked fields to train on previously unused grass areas."
